Welcome to the Lab! Kicking off Winter 2026 with the next round of development on the Tech Demonstrator prototype, transitioning from the physical elements to the command and control platform. This true Halo demonstrator takes the improvisational rule of "Yes, and?" to the extreme, bringing an interactive virtual avatar to life in the real world. It is both meta, and physical, but not metaphysical.

The key element of the demonstrator is the central interactive avatar. PortalMagic scales the avatar experience vertically, from 2D animation for edge devices to ray‑traced photorealism for heavy metal and cloud compute environments.

The core conversation engine is a reusable component featuring curated collections of domain‑specific content across various categories of interest. TokenMagic enables new conversational paradigms while ensuring systems remain Safe For Work, safe for children, and tuned to mitigate hallucinations.
SynthSense.dev
SynthSense scales the demonstrator’s vision, audio, and sensor fusion capabilities down to the size of a wearable — forming the basis of a low‑vision medical device that can integrate with popular commercial platforms.
